Privacy

Uploads. Screenshots are sent to our server only to be read and to build your PDF. They are held in memory for the duration of each request and are not written to disk. Your working copy lives in your own browser until you choose Start over.

Your finished PDF. After payment, the finished PDF (which contains your screenshots) is kept on our servers for 24 hours behind a private link so you can download it again if a tab closes or a phone dies. It is deleted automatically after that. If you ask us to email it, the address is used for that one message and not stored.

AI processing. Images are sent to a third-party model provider to be transcribed. They are not used to train models.

Payments. Handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. We keep the Stripe session reference to confirm your payment.

Usage data. We record anonymous usage events: which step of the flow was reached, how many screenshots and messages a job had, which messaging app they came from, device type, country, referring site, and error types. We never record message text, names, or images. There are no accounts and no advertising trackers.

What we are not. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity and do not sign Business Associate Agreements. Do not upload protected health information. Uploads are processed by a third-party AI provider under their terms; we do not guarantee confidentiality beyond the measures described here.
